	Terotec's activities

The Association "Terotec - Laboratory for the Innovation of Urban and Real Estate Patrimony Maintenance and Management" was established in May 2002.

Terotec is a "technological-scientific laboratory" of national reference for all public and private companies working or involved in the field of Facility & Energy Management services for maintenance, management and valorisation of urban and real estate patrimonies.

For this purpose, Terotec has as its main objective the promotion, development and propagation of the sectorial culture and innovation, developing the institutional activities of:

testing
training
standardization
service
consultancy
information
promotion.
